Consolidation Loans Companies That Still Do Federal Consolidation Loans?

Companies that still do federal consolidation loans? - consolidation loans

I heard that one of the things in the recovery plan, the recent graduates who are still (in the period of consolidating your student loans like me) at a rate of 2%.

I tried to look in there, but I can not find a bank that will not consolidate federal loans. Do you know of any banks still do this type of loan? I have a good credit help (756-789), when it counts.
