HUD and Title Insurance Company cant agree on legal description of property. How can this be resolved? - hud insurance

I bought a HUD home a month ago. It was assumed that almost the property now.However almost 2 weeks because of a dispuate between HUD and the insurance company securities to the legal definition of property can not continue with the closure. In particular, the two parties could not complain about the city the property is located in the well is in a small town (Crystal Lakes, MO), located on the outskirts of the city (Excelsior Springs, Missouri). The tax assessor county property taxes are assessed in the large cities (Excelsior Springs, MO) during the last 5 years is that is the approximate age of the property. I can honestly say that I think both parties necessarily bad, but my question is: What is the solution for this problem? I waited almost 2 weeks for these companies to doing. What could be included and how long will it take?
