I do not think it can be deleted, cause most of the cartridges for the Desert Eagle is too powerful and strong enough to fight effectively to complete as .223 Remington and 9 mm can be removed because they have less muzzle blast then, most cartridges.
About subsonic rounds, depending on the cartridge you talking about? Since the Desert Eagle is available in several sizes, as the 357 Magnum, 44 Remington Magnum and 50 AE, I think the only way to get cartridge revolver style, subsonic, some of them, reload because I can not find any anywhere.
